squid dissection

michelle and amy r not on!
amy is almost ALWAYS on.
and michelle is usually on @ about this time.

lets jump to the title: squid dissection.D:
we did it in science lab today.
one word: ewwww.
put on gloves..
first we got out the part in the middle of the ALL the tentacles w/ tweezers
then we cut open the top part.
push the halves aside, and above the eyes is the food tube
above that is the ink sac
above that there is the stomach
above the stomach there is the gills.

now we take out the backbone
poke the ink sac, ink comes out.
use the ink to write something
(this is the cheesy part) name ur squid, say thank u 2 the squid.
i named mine Fishy Smell (XDD) and said "thanx even tho ur dead and i cut u apart and i hope 2 never c u again!"
then we cleaned up and i washed my hands THOROUGHLY
rest wuz normal.
