blackout #2

good news: Im going 2 type in complete sentences from now on but still w/ spelling mistakes and grammar problems. xD (emotes r allowed) And Im going 2 capitalize ppls' names and "I".

so yesterday I wuz chatting w/ Michelle when the blackout happened. I tried 2 say "hello?" 2 Michelle but it wasnt working so i figured the internet wuz down. I just closed the chat and wuz about 2 turn off my laptop when the lights went on again. I wuz like "whew" cuz the last blackout wuz totally HORRIBLE. but then the lights turned off AGAIN. so i just turned off the comp and went downstairs w/ my flashlight.

so my family had all these flashlights and my dad lit candles. i brought my cd player down and turned on the radio cuz it has FM radio. we listened 2 music and my dad wanted 2 go 2 sleep but my mom said "its only 8!" so my dad then suggested we drive around town and c who had lights and which malls were open. and we were all "R U CRAZY!? THERE R NO STREETLAMPS!" then finally my dad went upstairs 2 sleep cuz we didnt care.

my brother, Astin, and i played monopoly in his room 4 a while. my mom wuz awake too so she suggested we could "camp" in Astin's room in our sleeping bags. not that we're scared of the dark (O_O) but it wuz 4 fun. so we just lay there thinking of stuff when Astin had 2 go 2 the bathroom. I wuz trying 2 sleep but then when Astin came back i opened my eyes and almost all the lights were on. so we went downstairs 2 turn off the light. this wuz about 9:30. so I took a short shower and then went back 2 my bed since Astin agreed he wanted 2 sleep in his own bed again. I woke up again around 12:2-something and went back 2 sleep.

chatting w/ michelle...probably going 2 her house later. :D
